Deanne is passionate about Eyecare and has been a practising Optometrist for over 28 years. She currently looks after up to 4 generations of families, so is very interested and invested in the lives of her patients. She has been fortunate to work as an Optometrist in 3 different countries; South Africa, New Zealand and Australia - so has a rich tapestry of creative and clinical knowledge.
Since completing her undergraduate degree in Optometry, Deanne has undergone extensive post-graduate study, including Diagnostics and Public Health Certificates through Boston University and the Graduate Certificate of Ocular Therapeutics through UNSW. Deanne also had to complete the challenging conversion exams when she first moved to Australia in 2000, and completed the Competency in Optometry Certificate through OCANZ.
Owning her own independent practice has enabled her to combine her passion for all things clinical with improving the quality of peoples’ lives. Her creativity allows her to collaborate with her Optical Dispensers in choosing the best frame for her patients’ unique style, colouring and facial shape. She is married to Garth and has two sons, Gregory and James, and Frankie the sausage dog.

Kinga brings over 14 years of experience in optical dispensing and a genuine passion for helping people look and see their best. She formalised her expertise by completing her Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing, graduating top of her class.
After working in corporate optometry, Kinga made the move to independent practice and appreciates the personalised, unhurried approach that defines Windsor Optometry. Combining her extensive technical knowledge with a keen eye for style, she enjoys helping patients find the perfect frame and lens combination to suit their vision needs, lifestyle, and individual personality.
Outside the practice, Kinga enjoys spending time with her family and expressing her creativity through a range of artistic pursuits.
Teresa Cavaleri
Optical Assistant
With a successful background in horticulture and floristry, Teresa brings a natural eye for colour, style, and design to our practice.
Her move into optics has allowed her to combine her creative touch with a passion for helping people look and feel their best. Teresa enjoys working with each patient to find frames that complement their features, suit their lifestyle, and express their individual personality. Her friendly, caring approach ensures every patient enjoys a relaxed and personalised experience.
